Helping to save little Joseph
At age two, little Joseph ingested a cell battery sustaining significant damage to his esophagus. This resulted in the placement of a feeding tube and tracheostomy tube but there’s additional need for surgical intervention. The feeding tube is secured to his upper body by an elastic band. His sparse clothing often exposes his abdomen, increasing the risk of infection at the surgical site.
GAMA has initiated a joint venture with Uriel Impact, a non-profit organization in Ghana . A fundraising to facilitate the required surgical intervention and post operative care for this young man.
